Analytix is seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of our luxury real estate projects across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for website pages, blogs, and social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Generate SEO reports and provide insights for continuous optimization.
- Manage and optimize local SEO strategies to attract targeted audiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
