Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the team by extracting data, creating reports, and assisting with basic setups in Odoo modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in Odoo’s functionalities, reporting tools, and website management.
Responsibilities
- Help the team extract data and create reports using Odoo.
- Assist with basic setups in Odoo modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Maintain and manage the Odoo website, ensuring it runs smoothly and is up-to-date.
- Prepare and customize reports based on business needs.
- Work with the functional team to understand user needs and assist in system setup.
- Learn how to use Odoo’s reporting tools and dashboards.
- Help troubleshoot and fix basic issues in Odoo and reports.
- Attend training sessions to improve your knowledge of Odoo.
- Provide general support for data extraction and report generation tasks.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of creating reports and managing websites in Odoo.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
