Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries across digital platforms (email, chat, social media), providing accurate and detailed information about the company formation process.
  • Guide prospective clients through the entire sales journey, from initial contact to registration and successful setup.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine digital sales strategies and boost lead conversion rates.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of client interactions, leads, and sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Offer after-sales support to ensure a seamless on boarding experience and foster long-term client satisfaction.
  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through networking, relationship-building, and targeted sales efforts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Capable of managing multiple leads and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
