We are looking for a skilled Audit professional with a solid background in auditing and accounting. The ideal candidate who are pursing CA inter or final, hold qualifications such as ACCA Professional or CMA final or qualified, and have 2 plus years of hands-on experience in audit work. This role will involve overseeing audit projects, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit teams through the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments.
- Review audit workpapers and reports to guarantee accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Develop and implement effective audit strategies and methodologies.
- Identify and assess risks in financial operations, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate audit findings to clients, delivering actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary assistance.
- Mentor and train junior staff to foster their professional development.
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- CA Intermediate or CA Finalist qualified.
- ACCA Professional or CMA Intermediate with 2 plus years of relevant experience.
- Over 2 years of work experience in internal or external audit.
